I purchased Kojivit Plus Gel online from www.medlife.com. But the seller sent me a medicine manufactured 1 year ago and will soon expire. I made return request on the very same day of delivery i.e. on 12 Feb 2019. The product was supposed to be picked up within 48 hours but now more than 20 days have passed and evaen after repeated complaints on their complain no 186012341234, the issue is not resolved. I have made almost 11 complaints regarding the same issue, every time I get same response that product will be picked up in 24 hours but no action is taken on their end. Further it is stated that no complaint number is provided and I am informed that order no #OR8153MZ-003A is complaint no.
