I was working in Sun Infosystem Pvt. Ltd.(IIHT) last 4 year.
now day i have resigned from my post in IIHT. thats why MD of Sun Infosystem’s Mr. Nirav Patel is not giving me Incentive.he told me As u joined our competitor job so we do not Provide incentive or experience certificate.
so please help me and take an action.

    Hello whom so ever you are but I want to tell you in a sales industry incentive is always a extra money which employee gets on their performance and sun infosystems is the best company to work and as u mentioned they have given you all your basic pay so now nothing can be claim by you
    Company where u spend four years tht means you were happy employee and now u are asking help I think you need counselling as neerav sir is one of the respected personality in education industry and beacause of him lot of people are sucessful so atleast don’t write and show that u are asking help for doing wrong claim
    I think you must focus on it career and if any help required than take guidance from same company
