Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, I have received exorbitant bill for the month of April 2015. The reason cited by Vodafone is Internet Charge but unfortunately I have never downloaded anything. Even on the days I kept the internet switched off, I’ve been charged for using the Internet Facility.
To my utter surprise, how can such a reputed Telecom Company (Vodafone) cheat their customer.
For your information, normally my Bill hovers around Rs 500 to Rs 600 but this time they have charged Rs 4084.
During the bill cycle, they continuously sent me sms regarding my internet usage and billing information that kept soaring day by day. But when contacted their call centre several occasions to know the reason, I was asked that their system is down and can’t share any information then.
Now they have completely stopped my Internet facility.
Please help me to get justice.
