Exokart.com — no communication after product purchase from exokart.com

I have ordered N95 Washable Mask from ExoKart (exokart.com) on 22 March, 2020.
My order number is – 26319.
I have paid through instamojo the amount of INR 482.04.
I have mailed them multiple times asking for the status of the product. But no response from their end. I have also asked for cancelling the record but no response.
There is no option given in the site to cancel the order. Many users have complained about the fraud site.
I have received the email of successful transaction.
