Excessive High Bill for feb 18

Dear sir
This is to bring to your kind notice that my electricity bill for month if feb as per Cesc email is 12000/- which is absurd.My general bill for dec jan feb remains in bracket if 1000/- to 1500/-.
I have intimated that in jan 18 there bill was zero on 18th feb as the meter was not working.They changed the meter mid of feb and now claiming a bill payabke on 12 k which on telephone they told its not correct and they will get back soon.But till date they have not reverted me to this loyal customer.
I am a old retired person and cannot afford such billing discrepancy and need your help.

Kindly do needful.

EXCESSIVE HIGH BILL FOR FEB
Dear sir
This is to bring to your kind notice that my electricity bill for month of Apr, May & June 2018 as per WBSEDCL notice for disconnection(Bill not received) is 12316/- which is absurd. My general bill for the same period never exceeds 500/-since I do not reside permanently there.
My bill for Jan to March 2018 was Rs 190/- and I have not visited the house ever since. The company rep has been taking the meter reading for the past 9 years and the keys to the basement is available with the security at all times.
Request kindly look into the matter, although I have already paid for the current 2 months at the rate given including disconnection charges. Please note, even my surname is being wrongly stated as CHANDH.
