Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
1.I had bought a post paid sim:9039051542 and i was charged a activation fee of Rs300 of which i was promised that Rs199/- would be rental and the rest would be adjusted in my bill, which has not happened.
2.other than this, my sim was inactive for a period of 6 days but in the bill provided it has been accounted only for 4 days.
3.The value added services have been charged excessively.
4.The billing period stated on the bill is from 3/06/12 to 2/07/12 ,but the sim had been purchased by me on 11/06/12.
I tried talking to the Customer Service but they could not provide me with a conclusive reason.
What should i do?
