EXCESSIVE BILL AMOUNT ON DATA USAGE WHILE ON INTERNATIONAL ROAMING.

Hello,
I am Anurag Periwal, i am an interior designer by profession.
my complaint is regarding the fake charges that are been charged on my bill as i was on International Roaming, ( Thailand). i got a bill for a usage of 23,000/- rupees which shows me using a data of 40.1mb while on international roaming. Main problem is my data services was turned off from my mobile and secondly i have a message that is been received my me from company i.e. vodafone company ltd,which clearly states that my data services GPRS service has been barred in order to prevent misuse on (9:13 am ) from the company end and i have a bill details which shows me a data usage charges on (10:13 am). And another main topic is My dynamic credit limit is been set on 800/- per month and as soon as my bill amount raises to 900/- my number gets barred so why not during the roaming the company did not barred my number when my bill was exceeding 800/-. and at the end they are sending me a bill of 28000/-. On asking for the same to the customer executive they are saying that these charges was been charged from THAILAND telecom company and not by the vodafone company.
they just show a detail of i phone data usage charges.
I have been suffering a lot when my professional number was been barred and i was not been able to make any call.. Its a kind of harassement for me as well as on my professional career.
