EXCESSIVE BILING ON POSTPAID NUMBER

Dear Sir,

I have been going through a problem from your side since last two weeks. My No is 9318903438

My service of outgoing calls has been barred since 11th of this month till now. I have spoken to your customer care executive many times about the same and they did not solved the problem. The problem started as follow: On the day of 10 May, 2013 my outgoing calls were barred and as they (customer Care) mentioned that my credit limit has been exceeded and thus I have to submit an amount of Rs 580 to continue and though it was unjustified amount, still I have made the payment. but the very next day my outgoing calls were again barred as I got many massages regarding excessive use and the amount which I have to pay to get unintrupted service.

I again spoke with customer care and they told me that a total of 2666 Rs I have to pay to get the service started again. I have not payed the amount and since that day my calls were barred.

Yesterday I got my bill (generated on 22Th May,2013) with an amount of Rs 3290.70. Still the customer care does not helping me out with this. I have checked the details about the charges and I have been charged with an amount of Rs 2633.70 as Value added services i.e.’ Internet Usage. I have already subscriber with 99 rs internet plan. Plz address my following queries:

1.How my bill was increasing in an exponential rate as my usage is not that much (As on 10th May it was Rs1390 for which I Have paid Rs 580 and next day it was about Rs 2000).
2.Why my complaint of this error billing was not taken up even after my repeatative attempts to file it with your custermer care executive.
3.Even after subscribed to 99 Rs internet plan, Still I have been charged for internet usage.

I also want to bring this in your kind notice that same problem i have face in the month of Nov Last year. For which I was availed with a waiver.

So I request you to kindly look into the matter and consider my mail as an official Complaint about the services. I request you to kindly provide me with waiver for this bill generated. I am a subscriber of your services from last 4 years and I dont want to discontinue ith it as the case is such, bt as per present situation I have to consider the decision to switch t other service provider for better services.
