I am billed for using air tell live on my done for RS 3000 inspite of taking a 3G plan which gives me 2gb data free.
Air tell says that I did not take settings for 3G on my I phone. However I was not informed to take any settings and while activation they told me it is all set and your phone is active, no settings were offered or given to me.
As a customer I feel cheated as I will have to pay for their careless mistakes.
