Name of company/service: VODAFONE
Vodafone have been charged excess amount for 2G data usage for last few months.
On my mobile the 2G never got activated and didn’t even receive the settings from Vodafone.
Despite that, I have been charged rental, upload and download charges. When 2G is NOT activated how can something be uploaded and downloaded.
I also raised complaint with Vodafone call center, corporate care and made multiple follow ups but didnt hear back anything.
Pretty BAD SERVICE from VODAFONE.
