Tata Docomo launched Special Recharge of Rs.69/-(1p/2sec for all local calls for 90 days) for its Prepaid customers in Mumbai.In their advertisement it is mentioned customer will be charged 1p/2sec to any local network in Mumbai.But they are charging 1p/1sec to all landline nos. and their own Tata Docomo numbers.
