Excess billing of 1000 Rs. for unwanted, undemanded services…

Sir,

I am not at all satisfied with their reply that I have used their internet services. They are claiming it due to the reason that they send me email updates that I didn’t want at all. I had given them request for discontinuation of internet services well in advance when I saw first charges for internet services during my previous bill. I had asked them solutions for the same, but got reply that they can’t do anything,…then after they chardes me apx. 1000 for the servie that I never demanded and not used during this bill period, I can prove it as I not access any email during this bill….kindly help us from such forcefully charged amount…

Subject: Excess Billing of apx. Rs. 1000 on my Tata Docomo postpaid connection (A/C: 980163224)

Refering above subject, I would like to mention that I had intimated to local Tat office about disconnect my Internet connection when I cam to know that accidently my son had downloaded talking cat application. I had internet connection at my home aas well as at my office , hence all the time its availble for me. Hence, I had requested local office that I don’t want to avail any sort of Internet Facility on my phone as it has been already charged me for unwanted services. I was assured that I will be charged for internet usage, if i am not using it. I was totally disturbed when I saw extra charging of apx. 1000 Rs. as an internet usage. I contacted Tata local office again just today and explain them that I haven’t use the internet. When your executive investigated the matter he told me that my bill is showing GPRS usage. Acting upon the same, I asked him to check my email box whether I had clicked a single mail or not..? Thatmeans you are charging me for the service that I never asked for, never used it, and already asked to disconnect it at time of previous billing. Its simply harrashment for me. I will never pay for the services that I never used…
Because I never asked for that service as its available in my office and home all the time…Rather, I am ready to pay the amount charged for my telephone usgae…immedietly.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and give me justice by waiving off that amount of Internet Usage.
Else I have to lodge my complaint in consumer forum…as its not the first time .. ihave faces many instance with TATA…still I am using TATA services from 5 years continuously just for my numbers…but I have to rethink on whether I should go with your services or not….?
