Excess billing charges in sms

Location/place: Jharkhand Jamshedpur

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

From last two months my service provider charging extra amount in my post paid bill account, this month breaking all records adding 1952 units sms charges which is illegal and fake.After consulting with their executive they are not listning me and their extra charges in bill. Kindly help me to sovle this problem.
