I have taken a reliance post paid connection along with net connect, last month for using internet they charged me 1700 for VAS. When i called customer care they told they are going to activate net pack for Rs 99 for one month and sent a SMS asking for confirmation, i replied positively. again this month i am charged 1300 for using internet and they say that my net pack is not activated.
secondly Reliance communications in tirupati is saying that changing from postpaid to prepaid is not possible, which they told is possible when i have taken the connection.
