Along with other items, I purchased five bags of Rice (each bag contains 5 Kg.) of AMIRA (GURU) Basmati Rice. The rate of each bag is Rs. 175/- i.e. per kg being Rs.35/- as evident from the sticker affixed on the bag . The content of sticker is “1313006195” 5KgX35=Rs.175/-“. As such, the cost of five bags i.e. 25 kg should come at Rs.875/-. But, in the said bill, the cost of five bags has been charged at Rs. 1125/- and thus Rs.250/- has been charged in excess of actual price. More funny thing is that against the code number of the product (1313006195) the item of rice has been shown as MACRONI in the bill, though on the date I did not purchase any macroni on the date. The bill and sticker on the bag has been preserved by me. Thus I have been charged Rs.250/- in excess over actual price.
