Recently i was shocked to receive bill dated 23.08.12 for period 23.07.12 to 22.08.12 for Rs.9765.00. I have activated VAS service in April 2012 & since then my bill was not more then RS.600/-. I have internet connection(unlimited plan)at office & at Home where i use by WI-FI to download any thing……my track record for bill amount & payment can be checked for verification.
I was surprised to see bill of Rs.9765 in which 7398.24 is of VAS service which is impossible for me to use so much. Secondly my credit limit is Rs.5000 set by Loop Mobile company, then how come my bill went above that. On 21.08.12 i receive message that i have crossed 90% limit of my credit & i have to pay Rs.4408 & on 23.08.12 my bill is of RS.9765/- which i fail to understand.
I tried calling on 198 (toll free no of loop mobile) for 3 days but they were unable to solve my problem created by service provider. Since 22.08.12 my outgoing is also barred. due to this i am loosing my business.
Pl note that i am being forced to pay the bill amount of RS.9765/- with no reason….
You are requested to kindly look into the matter & resolve ASAP.
