My base phone number is 06422-220226 Sir, we are using broad band business plan of amount 700 monthly since five years. my approx bill of broadband as per use is Rs 2000 to 3000 but last two month bsnl has send the bill of amount approx 25000 and 27254 Sir we are using internet from five years but last two month my bill is excess when i consult to bsnl office godda he told us you have used and you have to pay than you change the fix plan of amount 3300. Sir Kindly provide us details which site have we use so the bill is go to the 6 to 7 time more my previous average bill.
