This is to inform you that I am the customer above refer want to inform you that I was getting the benefit of your plan wide Statement No.0000151323012013, Dated.07/01/2013.But nowadays you have revised in the plan without any benefit as per above such statement.
Now I want to get the benefit as per the above statement and also want to inform you that you are unnecessary change in my bill Special No. So i want all refund of my previous bill of such extra payment,otherwise.
