We had purchased a payroll software package for which we had 50% in advance and which was to be installed with in 30 days of payment.
But it was not installed for more than 60 days. on complaining a fresher (he himself said he did not know anything about the package as he was totally new) was sent across as a programmer to install the package. when he failed we called Mr.Rajesh who said that the installation would be done within a day or two.
when this did not happen after continuous follow ups from our office, even after 4 months of the payment we again called Mr. Rajesh, But this Rajesh guy does not even know the status of the installation and what his people (i.e. if has any) are doing. He decided to argue that his people had come and done the installation and the trainings. When we told him that but for the fresher who had come to our office nobody had come he said that he would not like provide the program and also refused to return the advance taken.
After our experience with this guy we believe hi is a complete cheat and a fraud, who has probably stolen some code from somewhere is trying to pass it as his own.
He is the process of committing this fraud has inadvertently caused us huge losses due the non-delivery of the ordered software and baseless promises.
