The article mentioned hereinabove needs to be pulled down as it does not have merit. The employee, Garima Khanna was terminated from her services to the Company due to her rash, negligent and inefficient work habits.
Further, she was an employee on contract with Everymedia and thus, does not fall into the category of being a “consumer”, instead, Everymedia is a “consumer” and she was providing services to the Company, which were deficent in nature.
Also, her Full and Final payment is in the process of being cleared and the same shall be given to her by the end of this week.
Thus, as the legal representative of the Company, Everymedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I request you to pull down the defamatory article posted on the forum, as it is a misuse of the forum and the services provided by you. Also, the content of the complaint is untrue and the allegations are false in nature.
