I would like to raise a complaint against a Euro Service, Water Purifier Dealer, Villivakkam.
I own a KENT RO Water Purifier and have taken an Annual Maintenance in the month of Oct-13 and till date they have provided only a single check-up service. For the past 4 weeks, we are unable to get hold off the person named Sudar, who is dodging the calls and the always a constant response is that within 1 hour will come over for service. While contacting the owner Parthiban, he is also not responding properly.
The company is not been functioning on the address which is mentioned specified on their bill’s. Both the landline & mobile number(s) are not functional. As a consumer, I am unable to trace them and doubt their existence.
We request to take proper action against this agency and also request them to refund the amount which is paid as part of this year AMC charges.
