Euro Kids Not Refunding the Fee

I got my child admitted in Eurokids J. P. Nagar phase 7 branch and deposited Rs 15350/- . Now i got transferred and cancelled the admission and they just refunded Rs 6350/- . They have refunded me the registration fee and other charges but kept the annual fee.
How can they keep the annual charges with them as classes are yet to start. I requested the school owner but they told me to contact headquarters. Headquarters is saying contact Vijay Pareek.
