We purchased euroclean Xforce on 28th April 2012 from salseperson balakirma 9603727022/ harish 8297869800 of Eureka Forbes. They promised to deliver the bill recipt and two gift of vaccum cover bag by very next day. But till now we didnt get any receipt or gift from Eureka forbes. we called couple of times to the above mentioned number but every times got a response that the gift and receipt will be deliver in the same day, but we didnt get any thing till now.
We are not sure to whom we should complain about the poor service.
