EUREKA FORBES BILL NOT GIVEN PROPERLY

Dear Sir,

I am D.Govindaraj stay at Villivakkam own house, One of my colleague told purchase for Aqua Guard Machine classic . I could have purchased machine and swipe the card . Mr G.Puhaz is representative of eureka Forbes dispatch the machine and installed also, not given any bill and receipt . I called up many time and pick up mobile after that he resigned the job.

01. I Met Mr Thirumal , Mr Kesavan, Mr Saravanan , Mr Sridhar also and I asking for bill , after Sridhar only replied properly sent through my mail.
02. I could have seen that bills date is different and card swipe date is different. They could have mention bill date 27.10.2010 and purchased machine for 06 th month old only , I asked the statement in SBI CC .
03. Last six months my machine totally dead , no body response to take care in customer care , service head, and Franchise , I called so many times there is no response. I don’t want machine , I need for compensate the amount please, because I am very much fed up with Eureka Fobes and taken back machine also.
04. Eureka Forbes (Anna Nagar ) never pick up telephone of landline and mobile. Only man pick up answer for Mr Sridhar Accountant.

Please give me proper reply at your end.
