Dear sir
It is to inform you that i got aquasure crystal water purifier installed on 17th december 2011..in last 7 mnths no one from aquasure turned up for service which they promise while buying it that they will do it 3 times in first year for free of charge…i have been calling them since 4th july ‘n’ number of times..everytime they apologize,talked sweetly but with no effect..i dont know what is the matter from ther end…
I request you to take stringent action on them,,as i had faced the same 2 mnth back..and only after writing to consumer court last time they attended the call as purifier was leaking…
