Etechies is not reliable company to deal with

I called his engineer at 9810040049 at time of commitment they told me my money will be refunded if my laptop will not repair deduct one time charge of approx 1300rs i paid 3100rs for annual maintaince i need my money back. its already pass 2 month wrongly commited by etechies employees. its really disguisting.
