Name of company/service: Indigo Airlines
This is regarding PNR XJKHDH where i have paid many times to change the flight. Later realise that an exception was their in indigo website for which passenger can not change the flight.Pathetic customer service.I have finally cancel the tickets as not able to change it.Their site is so stupid that for no change they apply charge. Finally had to pay 6000 for no change.Can someone help me to get my money back and send a strong message to them so that other passengars does not face such issues.
