Good morning sir,
My name is Bharat Bindrani and i am a MBA student,
Sir i am using the broadband of GTPL and i am facing the problem of error 678 from last 20 to 25 days, Sir i have complain it to their executive more then 50 times and every time they replied that your complain is in process but yet complain is not solved, sir as i mention above that i am a MBA student and i am doing internship in AHOY Communication that is a noida based company so i have to send a data entry on daily basis but from last 20 to 25 days because of this problem i am unable to cope up with my subordinates and i have got 3 warnings from my subordinates,
Sir its my humble request to you please help me to solve this problem and take a strict action against GTPL Broadband and also ask them for compensation,
