I have been complaining to reliance customer care for the past couple of months about their broadband connection not working properly in Lokhandemala, jail road, Nasik where I reside now. I have complained number of times and have received half a dozen of request nos. from theri customer care centre for the same. The latest being 181455235 dated 20/06/2012 around 9 AM approximately attended by their customer care officer Ms Savitra . I had mentioned to her that I am withholding all my dues of bill payment until my complaint is resolved. She mentioned that within 24 hours I will be attended to. Neither I received any phone calls nor my problem resolved.
I have started facing lots of conveniences and loss in my business
due to this.
