sir,
i have purchased an Injet printer from Epson on April, 2011 for about rs.70,000/-. We usage is very less. Still one of the cartridge finished and we requested the local supplier. they asked us few days time as they need to get it from the head office. we agreed but it took more than a month and was not giving any responsible dates. so we complaint to Epson and we got the cartridge. but unfortunately that was not working properly. the service engineer from Epson certified that this cartridge is having defects and need to replace. So that we returned the cartridge on 2nd of June and they asked for 2 days time to replace. but until now nothing has happened. Local supplier now says they can’t commit the date. They don’t have any idea when the cartridge will come.
Sir, if this is the case how can i trustfully use this printer. now this is just 1 year old and we are doubtful about the availability of cartridge in the future. As a designing company, if each replacing of cartridge requir more than a month means, how i manage with this printer. while purchasing i was promised about the availability of cartridge.
sir, at this juncture, what can i do now? can i return the printer and get the money back? so that i can go for some other brands. please help me by advising what i have to do.
