Name of company/service: PF office Laxmi Nagar

I have submitted my Pf Document in the month April. PF office provided me the information that they dispatched my cheque on 14th of may but till now i have not received my cheque.my pf claim no is 35124/000/1638 and now when i contact with pf office they are not providing me the proper information and put the phone on hold whenever i called them and they are doing this from last month.

please do the needfull
