My shift timings in my IT-company is 15:30-00:30.
I heard there is a law about Night-Shift allowance.
Am i eligible to get night-shift allowance for the timings that am working as per the law.Please assist me on this, so that i can speak to my HR regarding the law and get my benefits as per govt norms.

Its fraud compony.my friend also join this compony.You wont get any future here.my friend also paid 50000 Rs but he got nothing.Please please dont accept this offer.please dont pay money.its like “CHAKRAVIEW” once u enter into this there is no way to come out with good results.

hi guys its a fake company they charge me 50000 rupees and they was no traning for 2 months and they didnt give me salary too ……. from 6 months i didnt get my Rs-50000 too . the people in managing the company is prasanth, pramadh and sindu , ramakrishna, shaker sir . these guys are all involed and making students life spoil .
