engine oil leakage problem

I had bought BAJAJ DISCOVER 125 MOTORCYCLE ON 23/03/2012 from Gems Automobile PVT LTD Hadapsar.i had my reguler sevicing at Bajaj’s Authorised Service Centers.I have Oil leakage & Milage problem since last 2 months.I showen my bike to Gems Automobile service center hadapsar for the same problem five times but still the problem is not resolved.I had mail the problem to Bajaj Company yet the problem is as it is.
