I had purchased a LEXUS-MG 2573 in the month of MAY 2012. On dated 10/02/2014 I lodged a complaint . COMPLAINT no. is14021001527 bearing code No.869. Regarding my complaint I asked that the lower socket of Multipurpose Jar (1500 ml.) has detached while it was using to prepare Chutney. On dated 11/02/2014 Executive of your Co. came and told that it is not covered under warranty you have to pay for the same. Always the appliance has been used in accordance with the instructions. So, I am sorry to say it is not fare to refuse to repair the appliance. Usha is a famous international brand and has a reputation in the HOME APPLIANCES. Within a year and eight months the manufacturing defect come forward. Will you look into the matter once again and rectify the defect without any charge? I am not happy with the answer of your executive because Co. has a goodwill of their products.
