EMI CLEARED BUT NOC NOT ISSUED

Dear Sir,

I had taken an TWO WHEELER BAJAJ PULSAR bearing no. APKTSGTN00141 from Hinduja Leyland Finance, KUKATPALLY Branch HYDERABAD . Though I gave ECS forms on three ocassions, there was technical problem at their end and the ECS was not happening correctly. After several complaints the executive came and collected amount ones in three months after that branch was closed ib kukatpallyi enquired in SR nagar branch. there was no proper response for customers then on 11th may 2017 i went to main branch in LB NAGAR. there hinduja office executive mr.mohan verified my account and said total outstanding amount 9800 is there which i paid on same day and received receipt saying that all dues are cleared under my account number and executive mr.mohan said original NOC will sent through courier to residence with in 45 days but i did not received ant latter again after two months i went to same office to ask abut my NOC but mohan was not there they said mohan was resigned last month then i asked about NIC they said mohan not informed to them about my NOC and after explaining the entire matter again, they confirmed that they will be closing the loan very shortly and NOC will be ready. Now I am trying to reach them but they are not reachable. forud company forud employes all are cheaters in hinduja leyland finance
