I am disappointed by whole customer care team of Bajaj finance. That’s why I am sending message to higher authority and please take this case seriously and solve it. This is a simple case but your team is not ready to help me. I just want my EMI card and for that I have submitted the money and application by your agent Mr. Sushil Chandigarh branch and your agent has not given any receipt for submitting the EMI card application money. They are not helping the customer and not investigating the case. Your customer care just copy past the reply. I have received the call from Bajaj finance customer care executive Mr. Piyush and sorry to say he was not at all helpful. He was just instructing me and telling the same repeated line. He told me to visit the dealer office for getting EMI receipt otherwise he is not able to help. But he assure me afterwards that he will highlight the case to higher authority and get the resolution. But this email response has disappointed me. I am briefing you the whole story that might help you and you are able to help me in issuing my EMI card and process my application.
I just want to tell again whole story that Mr. Sushil Bajaj finance agent from Chandigarh branch office who is or was handling all the finance work of Sector 20 Chandigarh computer dealer shops. He told and force me to finance from Bajaj and he will also make the EMI card. He has taken Rs 750 and Rs 300 charges for EMI card. When I asked him for the receipt, he told me there is no need of receipt as you are getting finance from Bajaj finance and I get only receipt of laptop purchased as I shared with you. He told me that I would get the EMI card by post after paying 2 installments. I didnot get any card after 2 installments has been paid. I called Mr. Sushil bajaj finance agent and he told me that it might take 3 installment and if I am not getting the card after 3 installments then I complain to headoffice or customer care. But he assure me that I would definitely get my EMI card after 3 installment and he has already submitted all the money with file of EMI card issue to office. I am paying all my installments on time and have paid 3 installments already and 3 is left. Now when I am calling your agent Mr. Sushil number (9876188571), I am getting switched off. I never expected such a bad experience from Bajaj finance customer care.
It is totally negligence of your team and I am facing the harassment. I am facing harassment because of your agent negligence. My father also told me that when he has purchased the first Electronic item from Bajaj finance and he has also not received any receipt for EMI card processing payment and he has got the EMI card after 2 installments has been paid.
I and my father and even my company employees are such a old customer of Bajaj finance but you are harassing your loyal customers. Recently my father has purchased split Ac from bajaj finance and you can check his EMI card number is 2030-4000-0708-6319 (Harbir Singh Anand). We are such a loyal customers and you are not taking care of your customers seriously.
You just need to inquire, that if your agent Mr. Sushil has made the file for financing from Bajaj finance then why you have not received the request for EMI card application. It is your agent fault and you can confirm from the laptop dealer also (Microcom Computers, sco 48, sector 20C chandigarh.) from where I purchased the laptop. This is totally breach of trust and nobody taking this case seriously and nobody from Bajaj finance company helping me. I do not want to go further and highlight the issue because I have a trust that you would help me and solve this case. I am not responsible if your agent is not submitting the EMI card application and money. Your agent and your company is responsible.
I have attached latest account statement of Bajaj finance which you sent me. This document shows that I am your loyal customer and other side you are harassing me by not issuing my EMI card.
I am disheartened by your service. It is my request, kindly take strict action and issue my EMI card. My loan no is 424DPF13977833.
Kindly take serious action on Agent Mr. Sushil Chandigarh branch.who has not submitted the EMI card application. Kindly issue my EMI card as I am your loyal customer and paying all installments on time and rest will also be paid on time. I hope you will come with positive response and call back with positive response. I hope your team will take fast action and I hope there would be no need to go further to take this case to higher authority. Thanks for your kind cooperation.
