I booked a commercial car Tata zest xe from RD MOTORS PVT. LTD. ON 8 March 2018 and clear my down payment procedures on 31 March 2018 but still not yet they handover my car whereas they started my loan and EMI. As my first EMI date is on 10th May 2018. They even not be able to handover my offer letter.
They are giving dates on dates whenever calling the execute .
Now kindly suggest me what to do.
