Electrolux poor service- no reslovance

Further to complaint no. , my complaint is still unresolved. Can you please let me know the reason for such delay???

Dear Concern,

This is in reference to my complaint no.EGUR1007120011 dated 10 july & EGUR3006120056 dated 30 june
2012 where i had made a complaint for my Electrolux fridge( double
door). The engineer named Harkesh visited my home and told that the
PCB of fridge is not working and it has to be changed. The total
amount will cost Rs. 1300/- for PCB and service charge extra. I agreed
on same and asked to replace the same. For one week they didn’t turned
up to repair the fridge. After few more complaints to customer care
finally they turned up yesterday with a PCB to replace with faulty
one. When i saw the PCB it seemed to be a repaired one. I asked him
for the bill of new PCB but he refused to provide and told that the
company didn’t provide it. When i asked him if he is going to give me
the bill for repair of fridge he again refused and told me to get the
fridge repair from someone else. He left the complaint unattended.

From the incident it is very much clear that the engineer was looking
to put the whole money in his pocket and defying the company norms. I
therefore request you to take action against such engineers who are
spoiling the image of organization.

Kindly do the needful asap to solve my complaint.
