electricity bill

My bill for the month of jan was 110 (enquiry on line) but collected 330 by contract meter readers/bill collectors.
My bill for the month of feb was 3455(enquired on line)but showing 10365 in the bill.
I want authorities to see to the fraud that is going on in collecting the bill when paid by cash.-GRACE
