ECS and NOC clearance

I had took the finance on two wheeler (Contract No APHOHYTW00342) and paid the EMIs without any check bounce. recently company fails to ECS for four months. After that, they were sealed the vehicle without any information. The same was given the police complaint and Hinduja people came with vehicle and handed over in police station. As a part of responsibility I paid the money in bank through case. As per schedule this month ends the loan (EMI 2544). now I requested to hinduja people for NOC still shows the left over money is around 29000/-. They don’t have the information how its come and they unable to give the NOC. Please suggest me, how can I take NOC
