ECS BOUNCING FROM NOV 2012 TO FEB 2013 INSPITE OF SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT- CORRECTED

Please make small correction in my earlier complaint(it is not SBI, it is Corporation Bank)
I took loan from HDFC bank (loan account account No-19549213 EMI- Rs-3578). The EMI is deducting since about 20 months from my SBI account number (…..89). I received the frequent phone calls for the payment of ECS bouncing charges for Nov 2012 to Feb 2013 04 months. I dispatched my account statement through mail and informed them that I maintained sufficient balance in my account in all the months on EMI date. The ECS penalty charges deducted from my account and then it is added to my account. The Corporation Bank manager informed me that the mistake happened due to mapping to a wrong account in CBS (i.e.SB/1/..33) and informed me to solve the problem with the assistance of CORE and DRS. I do not know about CORE and DRS. Without my mistake why I have to face these problems. I informed by mail to the officials of HDFC and Corporation Bank, but they are denying their role in the technical error. But HDFC officer frequently asking by phone for the payment of penalty charges.
