ECS bounce inspite of sufficient balance available in the saving account 4060CD00047822

Name of company/service: bajaj finserv lending

Dear Sir,
I had purchase LG washing machine in may-2011. Consumer Durabale loan account no is 4060CD00047822.Ducment submitted 1) ELE.bill 2) Driving Licence 3) Cancled Chq leaf of Union Bank of India, besa branch nagpur.
The Ist ECS was on 05.07.2011, which was bounced due insufficient Balance in account.Imdtly I notice this issue to Bajaj Finserv Lending co. They waived off the bounce charges 350/- and send a link to made EMI payment.
Now in Aug-2011 also ECS bounce due insufficent fund in Bank,I had shows the bank statemnt for Jul-11 and _aug-11 that having sufficient balance in my account. I had paid Aug-11 EMI thru NET, but this time didn’t waived of bounce charges. Now they ask to Pay 350/- + 150/- (total 500/-) while issuing NOC to me after end of last EMI.
