I had bought a nokia lumia 925 on 16th jan 2014 from shopping.indiatimes.com. I haven’t received the product yet. The payment was made using emi option available on credit card. I was expecting a delivery of the product on 24th january, as mentioned on the site. However, its 29th january today and the product has still not been delivered.I had called them on 22nd jan and was told that the product will be shipped soon and I will receive it on 24th jan. I had not received the product even on 24th jan. I had reported a complaint on their site on 24thjanuary. I then received a call from an executive and was told that there was a problem they were facing with the merchant for the phone and it had been sorted out and I should expect the product delivery ob 26th jan. On 26th jan, no product. Since that time I have been talking with executives day and night and I an not even provided the right information as to why the product has not been shipped. All executives say it will take 24-48 hrs for them to give me the status details but I never got call backs from them. I spoke to executives sapna and deepak, I have always been given wrong information and also there was another executive who told me the product was out of stocj however on their site it was shown its in stock. Also I spoke to a floor / team manager jitender who said he ll give me a call back with all the details. However, that also never happened. The executives neither talk properly nor do they give the right information about the product. When I called the customer care on 28th jan 2014 , I asked them as to why the product was not shipped, the executive deepak said I have registered a case and will get back in 48 hrs, which they never do. And he also said- “if you want the product you will have to wait for it” . Also there is not even a single information provided by them till date.
I dont know when will I receive the product. I want the product and I dont know who to complaint to anymore.
I would request consumer forum to help me get the product from them as its a mental torture for customers.
