To whom it may concern.
Sir i had purchased a belkin stylus from eBay’s site and i was sent a malfunctioned pen it wasn’t working properly. Sir it is under guarantee so I had contacted eBay’s customer care and asked for a replacement. They told me that i will be contacted soon regarding this issue. They even gave me my complaint no. to which my problem was registered. After four days i got a call from eBay’s customer care they told me that replacing or refunding will take long time so they will give me a online coupon of 110% of total value of product within 8-10 working days. Sir today is 17th day of that conversation and tilll now i haven’t got anything. Now they don’t even reply my queries. Sir i want an stringent action must be taken against it. Sir it’s totally a distespect of a consumer.Sir i don’t know what to do. Sir with a great hope i am writing to you hope you will spend some of your precious time resolving this issue. I will be grateful for your kind support. I will be waiting for a positive response from yourside.
