Ebay – Refund of my amount, Claim ID is 108476

Dear Sir / Madam

I have ordered a 3pkt Star Glow (PaisaPay ID 31704983845)from Ebay website on July 24. I received the order on July 25. Unfortunately, the product was not proper and i requested for the refund of amount on 26th July 2012 my claim ID is 108476,it was almost 12days, but till now i haven’t got any response It’s not big amount but matters which type of service they are providing.

I called them many time regarding this. I spoked Asif on 31st and today 7thAug with Jasvant. They is to tell same flow u will revice a call, but when ?

I request you to please accept my complaint.
