In Jan-13 I bought one HCL me V1 tablet from ebay india (govind electronics is the supplier), but this tablet was defective so that i contact ebay to replace it.
but ebay told me to take this issue with HCL, accordingly I contact HCL customer service center, but after 2 month I am still waiting for replacement. they don’t give any responce to me.
Govid electronics also agree to refund my amount against this defective tablet, but after this commitment he don’t receives my call as well as do not give any replay to my mail
now I am planning to register my complaint in consumer court
I suggest to all don’t buy any HCL product and don’t trust ebay guarantee.
