I placed an order for Lenovo laptop via Ebay and paid using paisapay (PaisaPay ID 32210612699) on 23-sep-2012. I used the promotional coupon code PGANESHA05 which is for the gift (1TB Transend 3.0HDD).
It was said that the gify will be dispatched within 45days.
But it has been 90days and still i have not received any information on the gift. There is no reply to my mails. I have called Ebay customer care and raised many complaints. They will say wait for 10days, the gift is being dispatched. Again after 10days this will repeat. I have spoken to Ebay Promotional team also. Same response. But nothing happens. A call will take almost 30-45mins of my time to explain and get hold of promotional team people. I have spoken to them more than 10times. Kindly take strict action against this faulderant Ebay and its promotional team. Below are the complaint details numbers.

For all calls they will reply after 45mins that you must wait for another 10days. It kills my personal time and false promise of service from Ebay.
