I have bought a selfie stick from ebay on Apr 4th, 2016. As per ebay, I should have received the item by 7th April, 2016.
But the seller said, it will not be possible for him to deliver the item in given time frame, so I asked not to ship. Still the seller shipped the item. Now I was out of Bangalore for Apr 8-10, 2016.
But, Ebay claims it’s been delivered on 9th April, 2016. The address I provided is of Rajajinagar, but the item is delivered to SEAL, Yeaswantpur.
I raised a claim on 11th Apr, 2016 after returning from my trip. And till now, no resolution taken despite numerous number of follow up.
