I bought a wallet from one of the sellers in ebay india. The seller had shipped the wallet thru dtdc courier and sent me the tracking number. When tracked online, it says the material has been delivered. When contacted DTDC (Rohini-9381120021) she told me the material was delivered but could not give me a proper name as to who received the material. She could not give me the signed receipt too. So i lodged a complaint with ebay asking to investigate the case. The seller also did not respond properly. Ebay after hearing my part of the story 3 times they got back to me saying they cant help me. I have to solve it directly with the seller or the courier company.
I was pissed with ebays irresponsible answer and dtdc’s reply too. Pls help.
