I have booked one ticket from Vapi to Anand through online reservation in Karnavati PNR No. 8464786992 and Transaction ID 0209421006 on 05/05/2010 date of traveling on 13/05/2010. At the time of booking it was WL No. 15 and the date of traveling after preparation of chart it was come-down to WL-5, so as per rules it will be automatically canceled and I have to take a new ticket for general compartment, the problem is still date I have not received refund, but the online reservation (irctc) showing the cancelled ticket amount Rs. 70/- only. (Rs.90+10 – 20). The irctc directly deducted Rs. 20, and Rs. 10 for commission also. It is actually not the problem of passenger, while the railway already taken Rs. 20 for reservation charges (70 + 20) = Rs. 90. so why again deducting the cancellation charges .. Rs. 20 ?
